My son, husband and myself were fairly satisfied with this clinic for 3 years until about 6 months ago when our nurse practitioner was replaced with another who misdiagnosed me twice and then misused her autocratic authority to arbitrarily change my husbands medication without notice. It has taken months to get it straightened out. Referrals take two weeks to obtain. I ended up finding my own doctor in one day and informed them of who I went to. I have filed a formal complaint with Tricare regarding the poor care at this clinic. I gave them a 2 star rating in an attempt to be gracious, but really, after the poor care we obtained from them, I wouldn't recommend going to them at all.
Had an appointment. Wouldn't look at an infection, just took my word for it and said they'd send a prescription to the pharmacy. After 3 days of calling the pharmacy and getting a run around about when the Dr (who is listed as a nurse practitioner) would be back, I went to the er instead. I guess that explained why there was no wait
Terrible. Left without being seen after waiting for two hours. Had already paid, etc. Wasted mine and my wife's time. Medical staff made it obvious that I was not important to them.
The lady answering the phone is rude... and really doesn't care about what's going on with you.. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worse enemy... this place is a bust...i waited in a lobby for an hour and a half with no one else there before they called me back... they need to fire the front desk workers bc they are truly bring this place down..
Love all the staff here...everyone is very friendly and professional...Mrs.Baggs, is AWESOME...LOVE HER... yes, she is a nurse practioner, but she knows her stuff...She keeps my fiance well taken care of...and she does remember her patients quite well, we have seen her in Wal-Mart, after not seeing her for months, and she said, "Hi, Mr. Bush, how's that heart doing?!.. So, I'm not sure about the negative reviews...Maybe, a different doctor was seen because she is awesome to us...if she can't find the issue she will refer you to someone who may can help...I, highly recommend them as an alternative to high dollar General Practioners if you just need routine care...
